Website Security
Our website serves as a service gateway for our customers, and we adhere to
industry standards to ensure the security of service access and online payment
processes.
The Webmetrics’ login page and the ClearView control panel are secured via
Security Sockets Layer (SSL). Credit Card and other financial data are
transmitted between customer browsers and our server and payment processor using
SSL.
Webmetrics is Verisign certified. Click on the seal at the
bottom of this page for further information.
Account and Financial Data Security
Critical account information, such as usernames and passwords, are encrypted
using RSA and stored on secure servers. Raw monitoring data and other account
settings are not encrypted, but are stored securely.
Financial data is not stored by Webmetrics. Credit Card numbers or other bank
information provided for automated payment is securely transmitted directly to
our payment processor via SSL. Webmetrics does not store customer financial data
on our servers.
