At it's core, a standards based Ruby/Watir engine drives an Internet Explorer 7 browser, interacting with the web site at the DOM level. This approach allows us to both capture and track performance as a real user interacting with your site, but also gives you the robustness and flexibility to set up your scripts and not have to worry about them.
