New Product Features!

We’re Working Hard to Make Your Job Easier

Over the past couple of months, we've been hard at work. Some great new features have been added to our logs and reports and are now available in your console, free of charge!

We've enhanced our exporting capabilities to provide you the ability to export single log entries so you no longer need to parse through rows of data to focus in on specific entries when time is of the essence. Simply click on the spreadsheet icon in the log entry that you wish to export and then export your selection to Excel.

Our reporting capabilities have been expanded to provide you with more useful methods of displaying and managing your data. You may already be taking advantage of the first enhancement: IP addresses, now visible in the Full-Page Breakdown graph by selecting the “Show object/image legend” option.

The second new reporting feature allows you to convey estimated load times by simply clicking on “Show Summary Table” in the “Transaction Step Averages” graph to view these results.

Remember that you can also customize multiple reports in your account, so dedicate a specific report to reflect these load times for each of your services today!

We have also implemented the ability for you to delete archived reports. In order to streamline your reports menu, you can select the red "X" next to any of the archived reports and clear it from your list of reports.

If we haven't made it easier for you by providing more granular data and automated reporting enhancements, check out what we've done to give you more control in customizing your alerts:

In the “Alert and Notification Settings” you can select the severity of the alert, determine what type of message to send as well as customize the subject and message. You can also conveniently set and apply a template to all of your services.

Alerting options are also available to allow you to determine how often the alerts should persist when an error occurs. You may also elect to send an “OK” status after recovery.
