The Solution: Have you noticed the “Ecosystem” tab on your monitoring dashboard?

Ecosystem Management is a safe, effective and efficient solution to the challenges of managing a complex delivery chain, and is a free feature available to all Webmetrics monitoring customers. The Ecosystem Management collaboration platform provides simple tools for identifying your ecosystem and managing performance, including secure sharing of services, reports and widgets to/from partners. Simply click on the tab in your dashboard to request service activation.

NEW Customized Reports for Sharing (Available mid-April): You will soon be able to create multiple custom reports per account, allowing for better, more secure collaboration. For example, you could create an executive summary report, an internal operational report, and a partner report, all within your account, and share these with various individuals within your ecosystem. The “Shared Reports” tab can be used for setting up this feature.
